PostgreSQL

With a read-only account and the engine's own keys.

How it connects
Lindero connects to the database from your server. Keys and relationships come from the engine's own catalogue (pg_catalog): it does not guess them.
What it reads
Tables, views, keys, relationships and procedures. When rows need counting, the database counts them itself and returns only the number.
Which account it needs
A PostgreSQL user with SELECT permission. If you want it to read stored procedures, EXECUTE as well.
Can it write?
No. Lindero never writes to a program's database.

Shall we connect it in your company?

We tell you what your case needs and leave it running on your server.
