Your own AI, in-house. On your terms.

On your server, with your data. We use it to redesign the processes in your factory, show you every month what you save, and keep what your team knows in-house.

Reads your systems as they are, with the AI model you choose.

Today your company runs because someone remembers.

And when that person is away, it shows.

  • The spreadsheet only one person understands

If they go on holiday, the report waits.

  • The material nobody ordered in time

Because the reminder was in someone's head, and the line stopped.

  • What leaves when people leave

Years of "this is how we've always done it", never written down anywhere.

How we redesign a process.

A factory example: every morning, someone in purchasing checks ERP stock against supplier orders and the production plan, to see which material will run out before the next delivery arrives.

  1. First, we measure how it's done today.

We start with an initial time study: who checks it, how often and how long it takes. And what it costs when something slips through: a stopped line or an urgent shipment.

    The starting measurement

    Who does it
The purchasing person who checks it
    How often
    Every morning
    How long it takes
The minutes it takes each time
    Where it comes from
    The initial time study
  2. Lindero learns how it works.

It reads your ERP as it is. Our team asks the person who runs purchasing which materials are critical, which lead times each supplier really meets and what the exceptions are, and writes it all into your business map.

A company's map in Lindero: its business objects and how they relate.
The map of a sample company, in Lindero.
  3. A digital expert checks it every morning.

It warns you about material that will run out before the order arrives, and about suppliers running late. If an order needs to be placed in the ERP, it waits for a person's approval.

    Purchasing

    Does it on its own

    • Checks stock, orders and the production plan
    • Warns about material that will run out
    • Flags suppliers running late

    Waits for a person

    • Placing an order in the ERP
    • An email to the supplier
  4. We test it before we let it go.

At least two weeks with real data, without writing to your ERP, compared against what your team did. It is approved by someone who didn't build it.

    1. Works with real data

Says what it would have done, without writing to your ERP.

    2. Compared with your team

At least 14 days without incidents and 20 uses.

    3. Approved by someone else

      Someone who didn't build it.

  5. And we show you what it saves.

Every month, on one page: hours and euros by department, what the AI cost, and which figures are measured and which are estimated.

AI in your company: €2,632 saved in October, what the AI cost and the return, with every figure marked as measured or estimated.
Studio, with a sample chemicals company and fictional data.

If someone leaves, what they knew stays.

What your team explained, what was decided and why, and every expert with its history, joined up in a map of your business. It lives on your server and exports as a single package.

Lindero Calvin.

Asimov had Susan Calvin. Your AI has Lindero Calvin: every AI in your company registered, watched and tested before it goes into production.

Helps you meet the EU AI Act, obligation by obligation. It is not a certification.

What your IT team will see
  • Every AI, registered automatically

The chat, each expert and each automated task, with its model and what it can read. You only add who is accountable for it.

  • Watched by fixed rules, not another AI

If it steps outside its permissions, it is refused. If it runs out of control, it is paused and you are alerted. An email it sends outside waits for a person.

  • Hidden instructions, held back

If an email or a document tries to give the AI orders, Lindero holds it, tells you why, and the next thing the AI writes waits for a person.

  • Tested before production

First it works with real data without writing to your ERP, and is compared with what your team did. It is approved by someone who didn't build it.

  • What it saves you, measured

Before we start, we measure how long a person takes today. Afterwards you see the savings and the cost of the AI, department by department.

  • An auditor who sees everything

Every alert opens an incident, closed with a note. The auditor sees everything and cannot change anything.

How we start with you.

  1. We install Lindero on your server

Next to your ERP. A matter of hours.

  2. We connect your systems

To read, with a read-only account. Minutes per system.

  3. We model the first department

With the people who know it. A few days per department.

  4. We test the first expert

At least two weeks before it goes into production.
