All your systems. Connected and under control.

Lindero reads your ERP, your documents and your email as they are. When a process has to change something in them, it does so through approved, logged actions.

Sources in Studio: three systems feed Lindero; the ERP, connected, with every asset described.

What your company knows is scattered across ten places.

The ERP in one place, the spreadsheets in another, documents in a folder and the important bits in someone's inbox. Nobody sees it all together.

Your ERP, just as it is.

To read, Lindero connects to your ERP's database with a read-only account, without migrating anything. To write, it uses a separate path that is opened process by process.

  • PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL and MariaDB: the databases most ERPs run on.
  • Reading and writing, on separate paths: the account it reads with cannot write.
  • No migrations: your ERP stays your ERP.

When something has to change, it is rehearsed first.

If the redesigned process has to write to your ERP, it does so through a declared action. The action is rehearsed first, waits for approval under your rules and is logged. Sensitive changes need two people to approve them.

In minutes, you know what's inside.

The X-ray groups your tables by business area and tells you where to start. To sort them, the AI sees only names and types, never your rows.

X-ray of the shop-floor system: the tables that matter most first, and which ones are already a business entity.

Documents and email, too.

The document folders you choose are watched and read, but no file is ever opened with a program. Outlook email is read under the same permissions as the rest of your data.

  • Watched folders: anything new comes in by itself.
  • Read, never run: no file is opened with a program.
  • Email, with permissions: the same ones as the rest of your data.

Your ERP doesn't notice.

What gets published is synced into Lindero's database, on your server and on its own schedule. Production is read at night and the rest of the day runs on that sync, so your ERP gets on with its job.

  • At night: production is read when nobody is using it.
  • On your server: the sync lives in Lindero's database, inside your company.
  • Live, only when you ask: a figure right now, when someone needs it.

Lindero Calvin keeps watch.

Every read runs under permissions, and your company decides what goes out to a cloud AI — by default, your figures don't. Everything is logged.

What Lindero Calvin is

My ERP is already stretched. How much extra load will this put on it?

Almost none. Lindero reads at night and works through the day on its own sync. It only goes back to your ERP when someone asks for a live figure.
