This English version is provided for information only; the Spanish version is the legally binding one.
This policy explains what we do with your personal data when you use lindero.tech. It is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and by Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD) [Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights].
In short: we only collect data when you write to us through the contact form, we use it to respond to you, and we do not sell it or pass it on for advertising.
Who is the controller
The controller of your data is LINDERO DIGITAL EXPERTS, S.L., owner of lindero.tech, which operates under the trade name Lindero.
| Item | Details |
|---|---|
| Controller | LINDERO DIGITAL EXPERTS, S.L. |
| Registered address | C. Enrique Miquel, 17, 46900 Torrent (Valencia) |
| Email for privacy matters | team@lindero.tech |
What data we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form:
- name;
- company;
- job title;
- email address;
- the systems your company uses (ERP, MES, Excel…);
- the area that concerns you most;
- any message you wish to add.
Together with the request, we also store the date and time it arrives and the page of this website from which you reached the form, if you came from another page of lindero.tech. The form also checks how long you take to submit it, solely to filter out bots; that data is not stored.
Please do not request or send special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.) or other people’s data through the form: we do not need them.
In addition, as with any website, the service that hosts it processes technical connection data (for example, the IP address and the browser) in order to serve the pages and protect them against attacks. We do not use that data to identify you.
What we use it for
To handle your contact request: to reply to you, agree on a date and prepare the session based on what you tell us about your systems.
We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data. We will not send you newsletters or advertising unless you ask us to separately.
Legal basis
- To handle your contact request: the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent, which you give by submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting anything done before.
- For technical connection data: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure and running (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you do not fill in the required fields of the form, we will not be able to handle the request.
How long we keep it
We keep it while we manage your request. If no business relationship arises, we delete it once it is no longer needed to handle the request, unless a law requires us to keep it blocked for longer.
If we end up working together, the data will then be governed by the contract we sign.
Who else processes it
We do not disclose your data to third parties, unless required by law.
For the website to work, one provider processes data on our behalf (as a processor):
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Website hosting and the database (Cloudflare D1) where contact requests are stored | United States and its worldwide network of data centres |
International transfers
Cloudflare, Inc. is headquartered in the United States, so your data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. According to the information Cloudflare publishes, this transfer is covered by its participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, included in its data processing agreement.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time for:
- access: to know what data of yours we hold;
- rectification: to correct it;
- erasure: to delete it;
- objection to and restriction of processing;
- portability: to receive it in a format you can take with you;
- to withdraw your consent.
Write to us at team@lindero.tech stating which right you wish to exercise. To check that it is you, we may ask you for something that identifies you. We will reply within one month, which may be extended in the cases provided for in the GDPR.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) [Spanish Data Protection Agency], C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, at aepd.es.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: the website is served encrypted (HTTPS) and only the people who handle requests can read them.
Minors
This website is aimed at businesses. If you are under 14, do not send us your data.
Changes to this policy
If we make any substantive change, you will see it here with the new update date.
