The mailboxes you choose, through Microsoft Graph.

How it connects: Through Microsoft Graph, with an app registered in Microsoft Entra. Tested against a real Microsoft 365 tenant.
What it reads: Only the mailboxes on the list you give it. It finds email by order number, sender or date. Digital experts and automated tasks can also read the text of attachments (PDF with text, Word, Excel and txt; up to 5 per email and 5 MB each), which are parsed and never opened with a program. Neither email nor attachments are stored in Lindero.
Which account it needs: An Entra app with permission to read mail. If you want it to reply, Mail.Send as well.
Can it write?: Yes, but only replying from an allowed mailbox, through an approved action. It does not send new email.
Note: An attachment's text only reaches a cloud model if your policy allows it. By default, it does not.
